Team Lead: Duncan Shour

Spectre was started in March 2022 and was the first solid propellant rocket created by the Rocket Development Lab. It was also the most recent successful launch for the RDL. It was launched on May 7th, 2022 at FAR in the Mojave.

It used a 6” motor and Fire Lizard propellant designed by Xander Pickard, Cooper Drain, Jason Johnson, George Klett, Biswas Poudel, and Duncan Shour. It was 10 feet and 173 pounds and is the highest impulse rocket that has been launched by the Rocket Development Lab.
